Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy explains the post-purchase conditions for orders placed with gadgetaily.sbs.
1. Return eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days after delivery if they are unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. We may refuse returns for items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing parts.
2. Non-returnable items
Returns are generally excluded for goods made to customer specification, sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, digital content already supplied or activated, and products clearly marked as final sale where permitted by law.
3. How to request a return
Send your request to [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will confirm the next steps electronically. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions, so the return can be allocated correctly.
4. Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If we confirm an error on our side, we will inform you of the applicable return method and cost handling.
5. Refund timing
After the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or until you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
6. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need another variant or replacement and stock is available, we may offer an exchange solution or ask you to place a new order after the original return is processed.
7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please notify us without undue delay after delivery and include photos where relevant. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution.
