These Terms of Service govern access to and use of gadgetaily.sbs, including browsing, account use, orders, and customer communications.

2. Use of the website
You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with security, availability, accounts, checkout, or content. You are responsible for information you submit and for keeping account credentials confidential.

Product descriptions, images, compatibility notes, and feature statements are provided for general information. Minor differences in color, packaging, software, or specifications may occur. Availability is not guaranteed until order acceptance.
4. Prices and checkout
Displayed prices are intended to be transparent and presented in line with Swiss consumer price rules where applicable. During checkout, you can review your entries, correct input errors, and see the steps leading to submission. After submission, an electronic order confirmation is sent without undue delay. This confirmation does not by itself mean the order is accepted.
5. Order acceptance and cancellation
A contract is formed only when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, depending on the offer details shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, stock issues, or legal restrictions. If payment was taken, any due refund will be processed.

Payment methods, delivery areas, shipping times, return conditions, and warranty information are shown on the relevant pages and form part of these terms where referenced. Any commercial guarantee applies only as expressly described in the offer.
